Orders ship within 1-2 business days
from the time you place your order.
Monday – Thursday orders received AFTER
1pm EST will be shipped the next day. Friday orders
received AFTER 1pm
EST will be shipped the following Monday.
USA orders shipped via ground service
will generally arrive in 3-7 business days. Next Day Air,
and 2nd Day Air are offered for additional charges. These
charges are based on weight, size and destination of package.

All International orders are
sent through DHL. You should receive your package in approximately
2-3 weeks. The cost for International Shipments is also
determined by size, weight and destination. Shipping prices
cannot be determined until the order is packed, measured
and weighed.

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE
As a valued customer of Hartmeyer
Saddlery, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
All refunds will be refunded in the same
method of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless
Hartmeyer made an error in packing or shipping. Please return
your package insured and via any
traceable method for your protection. The item(s)
must be returned in the same condition received to insure
full credit on the item(s). Boot and hat boxes need to be
returned in same condition received and not used for the shipping
box.
Items must be
returned within 30 days of invoice date.
